Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all components included
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized creative kits
- Digital content or downloadable resources
- Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company or financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Full Refunds
Full refunds are issued for:
- Items returned in unused condition with all original packaging and components
- Products with manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during shipping
- Items that significantly differ from their description on our website
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items with missing components but otherwise in unused condition
- Products returned after the 14-day window but within 30 days
- Items with damaged packaging but unused product
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@quivgrithox.world and we will guide you through the process.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail your product to: Clash East, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@quivgrithox.world with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.
